Madeleine K. Albright reviews the West Point Corps of Cadets on the Plain with West Point Superintendent Lt. General Robert L. Caslen prior to receiving the prestigious Thayer Award in West Point on Thursday, October 17, 2013. The Thayer Award is presented to an outstanding citizen whose service and accomplishments on the national interest exemplify the Military Academy motto, "Duty, Honor, Country."
